All non-grant revenue generating agreements less than $25,000
Any change order, addendum or amendment to a contract or agreement, where the value of the change order, addendum or agreement is less than $25,000
All agreements having no monetary value, such as a memorandum of understanding, data sharing agreement, etc.
Opening of all sealed bids submitted in response to Requests for Quotes or Requests for Proposals
Reviewing and awarding a contract to the best and lowest bid for Requests for Quotes where the value is less than $25,000 (ie. Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control Grant contracts, Water Pollution Control Loan Fund sewage system repair/replacement contracts)
