Help Me Grow is a home-visiting program for pregnant women and children up to three years of age who are at risk of developing or have been diagnosed with a confirmed developmental delay. All services are free.
What are developmental delays?
Every baby is different. Babies develop at different speeds. Sometimes babies need help to catch up on their skills like rolling over, sitting up, crawling and talking. Babies born too early or too small are at greater risks of delays. Children with delays do better when help is given early.
The Help Me Grow Program can help if:
- You are worried that your baby may be behind
- Or just want to make sure your baby stays on track
