2010 Protecting Our Children - Cuyahoga County Child Fatality Report

We present this report annually to educate our various constituencies about the contributing causes of child fatalities in Cuyahoga County. Professionals, from educators to health and social service experts, consider the research, data and trends within the context of their own mission to keep children safe and families thriving. While the application of the information presented in this report may differ from one audience to another, the message remains the same: our community is committed to preventing child fatalities.

From Farm to School - Changing Eating Habits One Plate at a Time in the South Euclid-Lyndhurst School District

Read about the impact of introducing locally-grown fresh fruits and vegetables as a part of the lunch menu in the South Euclid-Lyndhurst School District.  The collaboration between the district, AVI Fresh, Red Basket Farm and the CCBH became the county's first Farm to School venture in 2010.
