The Ohio Department of Health provides Ohioans information regarding primarily "class I" food product recall announcements. "Class I" food product recall announcements are defined by United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a situation in which use of or exposure to a volatile product will cause serious adverse health consequences or death.
