Vaccine Clinic

Things We Do

We offer all vaccine shots for infants, children, teens and adults. We take part in the Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program. This program allows us to give children under 18 years of age their shots for free or at a low cost. We also accept insurance and out of pocket payments. No child under 18 years of age is turned away due to cost.

Call 216-201-2041 for an appointment or more information.

Tdap/Td requirements for adolescents

Ohio law requires all children entering 7th grade to show proof of a booster dose of either Td (tetanus) or preferably Tdap (tetanus and pertussis). We can give your adolescents needed shots and provide proof of these shots for school.  Parents/Guardians can also get shots at our clinics.
