Lead Poisoning Prevention Healthcare Provider Education Program

If you don't know the answers to all these questions, the Healthcare Provider Lead
Poisoning Education Program was designed for you!
In 2005, The St. Lukes foundation funded a grant to provide in-office training
to update providers, nurses, social workers, and staff about lead poisoning. The
program includes information about federal and state testing requirements, statistics, health
department involvement and local resources. The training is free and provides a resource
binder and cd including contact information, parent handouts, and local statistics.
The program includes lunch and provides 1.5 CEUs for nurses and social
workers.
