Sewage Treatment System Installers

The CCBH Sewage Treatment System Rules define a sewage treatment system installer as "one who engages in the buisness of installing or altering or who, as an employee of another, installs or alters any sewage treatment system".  The Ohio Sewage Disposal Rules require all sewage treatment system installers to be registered in every county they work in on an annual basis. Prior to conducting activities as an installer each year, sewage treatment system installers must register with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health. Details related to specific installation and registration requirements are located in Sections 4 and 4.1 of the CCBH Sewage Treatment System Rules.  Additional information is available at the links provided below.
