Blood Pressure screenings for seniors

The city of Cleveland Heights contracts with Nursing Services to provide blood pressure screenings for residents living in Cleveland Heights.  Clinics are held every 1st and 3rd Monday and Wednesday of the month from 1-3pm.  On Mondays the clinic is located at the Cleveland Heights Recreation Center at Monticello and Mayfield Rds.  On Wednesdays the clinic is located at the Cleveland Heights City Hall at Severance.  The service is free to residents.  No appointment is necessary.
