The Community Indicators Project began in 1999, compiling and analyzing data on a range of Maternal and Child health indicators identified as critical measures of community health status in the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant as adopted by the Ohio Department of Health.  Between 1999 and 2007, a series of five reports (Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, Phase IV, and 2007 Update) were created as part of the Community Indicators Project to build our capacity to track these indicators on an ongoing basis.
