Be Food Safe

The Be Food Safe Program is a two pronged effort dedicated to increasing the public's understanding and knowledge related to food safety.  It is responsible for identifying, promoting and providing recognition to food establishments within the jurisdiction of the Cuyahoga County Board of Health that demonstrate infallible practices and to educate consumers about preventing foodborne illness through four simple practices: Clean, Seperate, Cook, Chill.
