Join Our Promise!
Komen Northeast Ohio is currently recruiting candidates to help fulfill our promise through board and committee leadership positions. Our board members help develop the Affiliate’s strategic agenda as well as oversee committees such as Board Governance, Finance, Fund Development, and Advocacy. Other leadership positions involve roles on committees such as Race for the Cure, Education, Communications and Grants. Komen leaders are recognized in the community as strong advocates for breast health who are willing to leverage their network to advance the Affiliate’s strategic plan.
Our goal is to fill these positions within the next 6 months. If you or someone you know is interested in taking a leadership role with the Komen Northeast Ohio Affiliate, please read the information below on how to apply.

- Complete the application and return it to our office no later than 12/31/08
- A Komen representative will contact you for a phone screening interview

Let Your Worries Go
An exciting program from Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Let Your Worries Go is a website that offers a place to let your worries go by choosing from a list of pre-selected worries and utilizing a variety of vehicles, like a rocket ship, that literally launches the worries off into space. Launching worries such as health and fitness, hunger, natural disasters and illnesses will cast a vote to help the Northwestern Mutual Foundation distribute the $1 million grant.
